AI-powered healthcare digital marketing
Easy to find.
Easy to trust.
Easy to choose.
Your practice may already deliver excellent care. We make sure patients can find it, understand it, trust it, and take the right next step—then connect search, analytics, and ongoing execution into one growth system.
Practice overview
Your digital front office
Before we buy more traffic, we find where the patient journey is losing momentum.
Fix the patient journey before buying more traffic.
Use real behavior to decide what deserves investment next.
What patients are deciding
Your website shapes the decision before your team ever speaks.
Here is what is happening: patients are deciding whether you understand their need, whether the practice feels credible, and whether the next step feels safe and clear. We connect and measure each stage.
Discovery
They are not looking for an agency. They are looking for the right care.
If the right service, condition, location, or trusted answer is not visible, your practice may never enter the decision.
Trust
They decide whether your practice understands them and feels credible.
Provider expertise, reviews, service clarity, pricing expectations, speed, design quality, and mobile usability shape that judgment.
Action
They need to know exactly what to do next.
A clear call, scheduling path, contact option, or patient-platform handoff should move them forward without making your staff untangle the process.
Intelligence
You should be able to see where the journey worked—or where it broke.
Privacy-conscious analytics connect search, page engagement, calls, forms, and booking handoffs to the next practical improvement.
The CuraVector operating model
Establish. Understand. Compound.
We do not start by throwing more traffic at a weak patient journey. We establish the digital front office, learn from real behavior, and then compound what works.
Foundation™
$997 flatBefore we send more traffic, we make sure patients can understand the practice, trust it, and take the right next step. Foundation™ builds the website, service architecture, SEO baseline, platform handoffs, and measurement layer that make that possible.

Intelligence Engine™

Healthcare specialization
Built around the way your patients choose care—not a generic agency template.
The core operating system stays consistent. The questions, trust signals, care pathways, platform handoffs, and search behavior change with each healthcare market.
The CuraVector principle
Patients do not see your marketing deliverables. They feel whether the experience works.
Most agencies separate the website, SEO, ads, content, social, and reporting. Your patient experiences one decision: “Do I trust this practice enough to take the next step?”
When the answer is unclear, more activity is not the solution. We fix the experience first, measure what happens, and invest in the next move the evidence supports.
Outside perspective
“Get ruthless about trying something different.”
What the market is saying
The patient does not grade the campaign. They decide whether the practice feels right.
Before we build
Let’s make the decision clear.
These are the questions practice owners usually ask when we sit down, look at what is working, and decide what the next move should be.
Talk through my practiceCan CuraVector rebuild the website we already have?
Yes. We begin by showing you what is worth keeping, what is creating friction, and what is missing. Useful brand assets and content can be preserved while the patient journey, service architecture, mobile experience, search foundation, and measurement system are rebuilt around the way your practice actually works.
What will you need from our practice?
We typically need your service information, provider details, brand assets, access to relevant platforms, and timely clinical or operational approvals. We organize the process and give your team clear decisions to make, rather than handing you another project to manage.
Can we keep Healthie, Tebra, SimplePractice, or our existing tools?
Usually. We are not trying to replace a patient platform that already supports your operations. We review the current scheduling, portal, intake, telehealth, EHR, and communication systems, then connect the public website to the appropriate patient workflow. Integration depth depends on the platform and the access it provides.
Who owns the website, domain, content, accounts, and data?
Your practice owns its domain, brand, approved practice-specific content, business data, analytics data, advertising accounts, and patient-platform accounts. CuraVector retains its reusable platform, prototypes, code components, automation, analytics frameworks, and growth systems. A separately priced Transfer Package is available when a practice needs deployable source code or broader transfer rights.
How do you handle HIPAA and patient information?
The public website is designed to minimize sensitive data and route clinical intake or communication into an approved patient platform. We do not claim that a website or integration alone makes a practice HIPAA compliant. If CuraVector must create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI, the scope, architecture, vendors, safeguards, and Business Associate Addendum must be approved before that activity begins.
How long does a project take?
We confirm the delivery schedule after scope because page count, content readiness, integrations, platform access, and approval speed affect timing. You receive defined milestones before work begins, so the project does not remain open-ended.
Which costs are separate from CuraVector pricing?
Advertising budgets, paid third-party software, premium patient-platform subscriptions, advanced integrations, stock assets, and specialized campaign costs are separate when required. We identify those costs before they are added to scope.
What happens after the new website launches?
You can operate from the completed Foundation™ or continue with CuraVector for ongoing search, content, local visibility, analytics, authority development, and conversion work. The next phase is based on your priorities and the opportunities the Intelligence Engine™ reveals—not an automatic long-term contract.
